Do you offer same day appointments?

Generally, appointments are all booked by calling in advance. If you have an urgent matter and would like to require medical assistance on the same day, there are chances that we may offer limited same day appointments. For emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.

Do you offer walk-ins?

Currently we do not offer walk-ins at this time as we are a full service family practice.

Can I book an appointment through your website, email, or text?

Unfortunately, we do not accept inquires from texts, emails, or voicemails.  For questions or appointment booking, please call our office directly during business hours (Monday - Saturday 9:00am to 5:00 pm). 

Do you offer free parking?

Yes. We offer reserved parking for all the clinic visitors specially marked with “ Reserved Elida Medical Centre”. For detailed parking directory, please refer to Contact

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes. We are well-equipped with wheelchair-friendly and an automated front door with accessible parking just outside of our clinic entrance. If you require assistance, you are always welcome to call us prior to your arrival and we will accommodate your needs to our best. For detailed parking directory, please refer to Contact

I have a form that needs to be completed by my family physician. What should I do?

Please always contact our clinic by phone first and let us know ahead of what kind of form is needed to be filled. Most of the time, an appointment is required for review or discussion with your family physician prior to completing the form. Please ensure that your personal information is filled properly beforehand. 

There are forms that are not insured by MSP. In that case, private fees may incur. For more information, please contact our clinic directly by phone to inquire. 

I just completed some tests. Can you tell me the results?

All the results could only be reviewed between the patient’s family physician, patient themselves or their authorized representative. Our medical office assistants have no access to review or discuss any type of test results, consultation notes, nor investigation reports with you. We encourage you to schedule an appointment ahead for review.

Do you charge a no show or cancellation fee?

Yes. Patients are responsible to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time rearrangement or cancellation is needed. Otherwise, a no-show penalty fee may be applied for any missed appointment or same day cancellation. We understand there may be times that you could not reach us within this timeframe due to your emergencies. However, we strongly encourage you to call and notify our clinic as soon as you notice a time conflict.
