Appointment Booking
To schedule an appointment, please call our front desk at (236) 235-0605. Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday.

Please book your appointments in advance whenever possible. We do not provide walk-in services.

For medication refill, we strongly recommend you to call us for an appointment at least one week before it is due.

Please arrive on time with your photo ID or BC Health Care Card for check-in.

Patients who arrived earlier than the appointment time have to follow the original scheduled time. Clinic might not be able to accommodate early arrival.
Cancellation/Rescheduling
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (236) 235-0605 at least 24 hours in advance.
Depending on the circumstances, appointments missed without 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee to compensate for the time and resources allotted to you. Patients who are late are also considered as no show.
Telehealth Consultation

Patients are recommended to remain in a quiet and private area free of distractions. Do not schedule a phone appointment at when you are expected to be at work or commuting.

Please expect calls within 30 minutes of your scheduled time.

Patients are considered no show after multiple call attempts without success. In this case, a no show fee might apply and re-appointment is required.
