Clinic Policy

Appointment Booking

To schedule an appointment, please call our front desk at (236) 235-0605. Our working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Saturday.

 

  • Please book your appointments in advance whenever possible. We do not provide walk-in services.

  • For medication refill, we strongly recommend you to call us for an appointment at least one week before it is due.

  • Please arrive on time with your photo ID or BC Health Care Card for check-in.

  • Patients who arrived earlier than the appointment time have to follow the original scheduled time. Clinic might not be able to accommodate early arrival.
     

Cancellation/Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at (236) 235-0605 at least 24 hours in advance. 

 

Depending on the circumstances, appointments missed without 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee to compensate for the time and resources allotted to you. Patients who are late are also considered as no show. 

Telehealth Consultation

  • Patients are recommended to remain in a quiet and private area free of distractions. Do not schedule a phone appointment at when you are expected to be at work or commuting.

  • Please expect calls within 30 minutes of your scheduled time.

  • Patients are considered no show after multiple call attempts without success. In this case, a no show fee might apply and re-appointment is required.
